但是有钱人毕竟能力有限，美国人很讲究他的个人经济信用，因此即使是中产阶级也不能到银行无限量的贷款来买房，到了一定程度后，房地产就把那些有资本，愿意投入到房产来的有钱人给搜刮了一遍，但是房地产的上涨势头已经杀红了眼，人人都在鼓吹后市如何如何，已经刹不了车了，于是房地产商就要寻找新的购买群体啥！那么还有哪些人可以买呢？左看右看——还有一群穷鬼眼巴巴的看着大好的房屋流口水呢！

Last Saturday ,with some friends, Micha and I went to bbq together around a beach.
